Clear, thoughtful ways of working together, built around trust, responsibility and purposeful progress.

Creative work and community activity from What Comes Next

Terms

These conditions set out the basis on which What Comes Next provides strategic advisory and creative support. By engaging our services, you agree to the principles set out here.

1. Scope of work

We provide strategic guidance, facilitation, creative direction and advisory support tailored to the needs of each client or project. The scope, deliverables and timeline are agreed before work begins.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide clear information, timely feedback and access to relevant stakeholders where needed. We are not responsible for decisions made outside the agreed brief.

3. Project agreement and changes

Before work begins, the client and What Comes Next will agree a written proposal or statement of work. It will set out the project scope, deliverables, timetable, review and approval process, and any project-specific terms. Changes to the scope, deliverables or timetable must be agreed in writing before the changed work proceeds.

4. Fees, payment and expenses

The written project agreement will state the fees, payment dates, any expenses, and how VAT is treated. Late or outstanding payments may affect timelines, delivery and future availability.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Any cancellation or rescheduling arrangements, including any fees or amounts payable, will be set out in the written project agreement before work begins.

6. Intellectual property

Any custom work developed specifically for a client remains subject to the agreed commercial arrangement. We may retain general methodologies, frameworks and templates used in our advisory practice.

7. Confidentiality

We will treat client information as confidential and use it only to provide the agreed service, unless disclosure is required by law or professional obligation.

8. Liability

Any liability limits or exclusions must be expressly set out in the written project agreement and apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it.
